Evan’s Notes — Thoughtfully Detailed Book Summaries

A few times a month I share a chapter-by-chapter distillation of an important book. These are hand-crafted, and I capture the nuance of each author’s ideas in anywhere from 3,000 to 7,000 words, depending on the nature of the book covered. (If you’re looking for pithy 1-2 page summaries of main ideas, then these aren’t for you.)

Expect an eclectic mix of non-fiction books, with an emphasis on product management, business strategy, clear thinking, learning theory, and self development.
